Glimpse by Christian Pellot Congratulations to the winners of the 2014 Congressional Art Competition for the 5th District South Carolina! First place was awarded to Christian Pellot, a senior at Fort Mill High School for his work entitled "Glimpse" (pictured at left). His instructor is Ms. Jessica Calloway. Christian also was awarded third place for his work entitled "Wet Spoon."

Our judge again this year was Ms. Courtney Starrett, Associate Professor of Fine Arts at Winthrop University.

Christian's work will be framed and sent to Washington, DC where it will hang for one year in the Cannon Tunnel, along with the winning pieces from each participating district.
